Description: Offered for sale is 4 LIZARD TRACKS FOOTPRINTS FOSSIL PLATE PLATE RHYNCHOSAUROIDES, 200 Million years old, Passaic Formation (Late Triassic/early Jurassic) excavated from a private quarry in NJ. RHYNCHOSAUROIDES fossil tracks are made by a late triassic / early jurassic lizards. These were found in the same spot and alongside fossil dinosaur footprints / tracks. The plate contains 4 tracks.THE PLATE IS SOLID/STRONG with no internal cracks, yes light and thin. GREAT FOR DISPLAYING. You are receiving this track directly for an old fossil collection assembled by one of the most dedicated track collector in the American north east with decades of dinosaur fossil collecting experience. I am appalled at the quality of the fossil tracks, especially dinosaur tracks normally offered for sale on ebay - 50% of them are not even dinosaur tracks/fakes, 40% on average are very poor quality, and 10% are priced inadequately/astronomically relative to quality. I've looked at ebay history and it [pains me to see crappy tracks go for hundreds of dollars. Often times tracks listed as museum quality are poor quality tracks, i feel bad for the buyers who fall for this. Don't let yourself be fooled. I specify objective quality/condition for my tracks.
