The plates have a diameter of 6 3/8 inches and the shallow bowls measure 5 3/4 inches in diameter and 1 inch tall making them perfect for bread or dessert. The plates and bowls while in good overall condition do have signs of age and wear, some brown spots and a couple small chips (on bottoms or on edges) of a couple of the dishes. See pictures.
