38 Special– Rockin' Into The Night-Vinyl LP 1979 A&M Records

Description: Vinyl spin cleaned with Spin-Clean device. I normally do not grade vinyl, because it means different things to everyone.After cleaning, however, I'd say this vinyl is VG+. I'd imagine EX or higher if cleaned further/deeper, except (and considering) the one flaw I found: ** There appears to be a pressing/manufacturing defect on Track 1 of both sides, see pics . It's not a scratch, more like a dimple. Can't be seen in regular pics. Only in direct bright light reflection(last 3 pics). I played both sides to check them. Ironically, the side that looks worse.. Side 1... played just fine with nothing audible and no skipping. The other side (side 2) did not skip either, but there was a very low audible repeating pop at the defect. It lasts about 1 minute, then fades out. Can only be heard during a silent part of the track. The entire rest of the album plays fine.The rest of the album looks and sounds superb. The blemish seen in the pictures, is the only defect.The clean areas around the blemish is how the rest of the vinyl looks up close. For myself, this would not be an issue... but.. it is a defect, and consider this as disclosure. Outer sleeve colors still vibrant, slight age-related shelf wear. Original inner sleeve included.
