Description: I assembled these kits for use during Covid lock to enable two-way communication for participants calling in to hybrid meetings and presentations. The TRRS plug utilizes both the microphone input and stereo audio output from the 3.5mm TRRS (4 conductor) jack of cellphones equipped with an analog heaphone/mic jack. These have been tested and work as expected to provide routing through a professional audio board and enable two-way audio participation via cell phones to a live meeting/presentation without need of third party applications such as Zoom or Skype. Very useful and quick solution if you are simply in need of adding single call in participant without video at any any type of live event. Would also work with simpler systems like a DJ mixer at weddings. Kit includes the Y-adapter to tap the local side phone, (XLR mic & TRS audio) plus a TRRS extension cable to enable discreet use even by someone presenting live on stage from a podium.
