If you hold stress in your neck and shoulders, this pillow will help. Using this pillow kept me out of the chiropractors office. Before I tried this pillow, I was in constant pain. I made the transition to a bone pillow and I haven't slept on anything else since. I take this pillow everywhere I travel. This is also great for side sleepers put it in between your legs at night while you sleep.It is perfect to use as a lumbar support in your office chair.
