There is one color per 1/2 ounce (14.5 gram) bag. Sold by weight, an average bag contains 65-80 feathers per bag, depending on feather sizes. You will receive a random mix of feather lengths & types...some will be all fluff and some may flat tips. Feather lengths in each bag range between 3-8 inches. We do not guarantee that there will be flat tipped or 8 inch feathers in a bag. This is an average size range. These are professionally sanitized and dyed domestic turkey feathers. New Sent in a quart sized ziplock bag. ******************* * because of the intense dye & drying processes these feathers go through, there may be some loose feather fluff in bag. * we recommend buying all your feathers for your project at one time, as new dye lots can have slight variations in color. Because of the intense bleach & dye process these feathers go through, it creates loose fluff. We do not intentionally package it up, it just tends to stick to the feathers. For that reason, we recommend: 1) NOT dumping the entire bag out as this will be messy 2) Working in an area that is easily cleanable and away from fans or breezes. 3) Taking the feathers out of the bag one or two at a time and giving them a gentle shake while still in the bag.
