The new baby plants can be trimmed off and replanted or left to grow out naturally. It also makes a great floating plant! This plant reproduces like crazy in my tank. I do not use any special nutrients and have basic lighting. These plants are honestly the easiest plants to grow & really do not require any special care. Note: I do have snails in my tank.
