This means the card may have the following defects: (but not limited to) soft corners, whitening on the edges, centering may be off, surface may have light scratches, dimples, print lines or minor scuffs. Check out the PICS. I sell in volume so just don't have time to inspect every card thoroughly. At first glance my best guess is a BGS 8-8.5 grade or higher.
