We try our best to remove them but we can’t guarantee that there won’t be scratches or scuffs on the case. If there are scratches or scuffs on the case, it does not take away from the Cards grade and that is what you’re purchasing.Sometimes cases can also have debris inside the cases, this is beyond our control and still doesn’t change the grade of the card inside the case. Grading is done by a professional grading company and all grades are based upon the grader’s judgement. We have no input into the final grade. If you disagree with the grade you will have to bring it up with the grading company. All Cards are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a small box with fragile stickers on it. All items are shipped with tracking. You can choose between Canada Post and UPS for shipping. The shipping price is decided by Canada Post and UPS. Unfortunately, We Do Not ship outside of Canada & the US. We leave reviews once we have received a review.
