To follow is a written description of this item that's detailed & accurate and including the items features & benefits, contents, condition as well as Shipping Fees and Payment Options. 2021TOPPSOnline Exclusive Star WarsLucasFilm 50th AnniversaryMovie PosterTrading Card Set LIMITED EDITIONTRADING CARDS Timed Release Complete TWENTY-FIVE (25) Card Set Each Card was released and sold individually through the course of a month online only, this was never sold by Topps as a complete set 1,550 Maximum Complete Sets Can Exist OUT OF PRINT Complete Set Twenty-Five (25) Different Cards DESCRIPTION This trading card was offered exclusively on Topps Online and was a timed release. The maximum number of complete sets that can possibly exist is 1,550 based upon the single card with the lowest print run being the weakest link to compiling a complete run of the 25 cards together. Each card had a different print run, as they were sold separately. Topps original direct to consumer retail price on a single card was $10, and the price went down to $4 if purchased in bulk, plus sales tax and shipping fees, so if you were to have patiently purchased every single card direct from Topps and only wanted one (1) set of the 25 cards, it would have cost you $250, and if you purchased enough cards to get the quantity discount as the lowest cost possible, then a set in huge quantities would have cost you $100 per set. Factor in the eBay selling fees and a seller is looking at a minimum sales price of $115 to $275 just to break even. Now, factor in that the cards are collector's items maintaining a higher than issue price value for the complete set, as most cards do in the secondary market and sets should sell for $200-350 in the collector's market with speculation investors projecting with only 1,550 sets that could possibly exist, this could be one of the rare sets that keeps climbing in value and becomes more elusive as the years go by.
