These are thicker cards, in the area of 100 Pts.I ship in a padded envelope with sleeve and top loader for cards selling for $20 or more. For cards selling for less I use eBay's Standard Envelope which consists of a sturdy cardboard envelope with card(s) in a Card Saver, provided all requirements can be met for such use. I use ebay/paypal shipping. Once one takes into account the cost of the envelope and other materials you can see the shipping/Handling charge is pretty fair. I ONLY SHIP WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. I ship almost daily. I do combine shipping. I have no set "per card or item" price. I try to ship as many items as I can with the original quoted shipping/handling price.
