Charlie was very active in the Indianapolis community. One of his main passions was the track - which was where you would find him through the entire month of May. Charlie served at IMS for over 55 years with the legendary Tom Carnegie on the Public-Address team before retiring in 2014. Mr. Walker passed in 2018. *Limited edition of 2800. The polished brass colored racecar can be moved along its slot along 3 sides. Official licensed product. Never worn. Showing barely any signs of wear or handling consistent with its age. No condition issues to note. Enameled colors are vibrant. In very good condition.
