2008 Taylor 810CE - Read Description

Description: This is a Taylor 810CE made in 2008. Please read the description and check the pictures carefully before committing to purchase. As you can see it’s had its fair share of scars over the years that I owned it. This is obviously not a lightly used guitar and is in pretty bad condition cosmetically but it plays nicely and I currently don’t have any issues playing it to lead worship weekly at my church. It has multiple nicks, dings, chips, and finish cracks ALL over the guitar. I tried my best to photograph them all, but couldn’t capture everything. Most of them are simply cosmetic damages from heavy usage. There are two notable damages on the guitar: A top crack one that runs down from the bridge on to the edge of the lower bout. I tried to glue it together but honestly did a pretty bad job. I don’t feel that impacts the playability of the instrument and its tone, but wanted to note since you might want to address it at some point A crack on the neck near the lower frets that was also repaired unprofessionally by me. Happened many years ago and I haven’t had issues with it opening back up or anything since I glued it back together. Again, it doesn’t impact the guitar's playability but you can definitely feel/see that it’s there. Over the years I have installed a K&K pure mini pickup system (with a couple of JJB transducers blended) to use with the stock ES1. It has a volume toggle on the sound hole. The stock ES pickup system works fine too. The frets have about 50% life left in my opinion. The guitar will be shipped safely in a generic hardshell case. Again, please understand this is not a lightly used guitar and only commit to purchasing if you’re okay with all its blemishes.
