The Patch is fully embroidered, licensed by the NFL & comes in original packaging (in a poly-bag with header card). When you want the best quality, stick with the Licensed patches direct from the mfg. IMPORTANT NOTE: The NFL Licensed Patch Program was discontinued at the beginning of 2008. Meaning, there is no way to replenish patches once they run out. All NFL patches available WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
