Description: This listing is for a 2004 Ernie Ball Music Man Axis Translucent Gold Quilt Top Guitar W/OHSC Very nice example of a 20-year old EBMM Axis in Translucent Gold Quilt Top. Matching headstock, this guitar is all stock and original and in very nice shape. There are a couple of very minor clear coat impressions on the top that you can see in the pics, but overall this guitar is quite clean. It plays great and the neck is sublime, as are nearly all of these Axis guitars. The quilt top is killer. Its a bit of a 'peek a boo' top as you can see by the pics. I took as many angles as possible as the top REALLY pops from some angles, and looks so-so from others. The original case has a slight crack in it as pictured as well, but its still completely functional. Great guitar in an excellent color that gets you that EVH vibe without having to pay the meg-bucks for an EVH EBMM Signature model. Visit Roadhouse Vintage for more pics/info.
