Description: ***NOT A SHOW STAMPED CARD*** This issue has a lot of mystery and mystique, but the clincher is that it's in the Beckett checklist. The chances are you'll never see one on the market again. While the original plan was for these cards to be distributed at a show, they were not one of those goofy embossed cards you cannot read without the foil. They were legitimately prepped by Donruss/Studio - I suspect the original plan never happened as these simply cannot be found. I've been following this issue for about ten years and only about five had sold dating back to the mid-2000s - all years apart and from different sellers. All the copies that have surfaced since the mid-2010s all sourced from the same seller - Addison Park on Beckett Marketplace. They do not recall where they got them. A high profile Jr collector confirmed he once had one and sold it during a recent sell-off.
