Cowlings, upper and lower, have scratches, minor dents, dings, minor cracks, paint flake, discoloration etc... You are welcome to survey the engine if you choose to have it surveyed prior to purchase. 20" Shaft. Lower unit shifts fine. Standard right hand rotation lower unit with prop in fair shape included. No controls are included. Steering is a little stiff, we haven't tried to loosen it up. Please come and inspect before purchasing.
