The part came out of a 2000 Lexus LS400 but will not fit the 1998 to 1999 Lexus LS400 models. This part will not fit the 1998 and 1999 Lexus LS400 models as the vacuum ports are different. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. This part was working as designed prior to its removal from the donor vehicle. Air filter is not included. This is a used part, therefore, expect normal wear and tear. Most parts will interchange, however, part fitment are suggestions and it is up to the buyer to make sure the part fits their vehicle.
