The ballast and frames fully seal to the headlight housing and together replace OE/OEM ballast part number W3T11071. The ballasts are not AP2 ballasts! the ballast are part #W3T11371 or #W3T19371. If you want to supply your own ballast the frames are also listed separately. (Origional style Ballast W3T11071 with red circle not included!) 304 Stainless mounting hardware included.
