Description: Potentially scarce 1928B twenty dollar Federal Reserve Note in circulated condition, H8 Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis. This note is, I believe, a light vivid yellow-green seal but it falls in between the light and dark green seal serial number ranges, the seal color matches the '28C series notes I have. That would make this a new serial number low for the variety according to the Schwartz/Lindquist reference. There are four tiny pinholes at upper left of the portrait not easily seen in the photos.
