Description: Two beautiful cobalt blue small demitasse saucers (possibly were coasters or nut dishes?) that measure 3 1/2" in diameter. My mom had these wrapped in a napkin in her china cabinet, and I imagine they were from her mom. She owned so many dishes, but these were never discussed with me. They have wear and tear, as shown in the photos. I looked up the beehive mark that is painted in blue on the backs, and the closest time frame that matches it shows it was used during the very early 1920's by Royal Vienna Austria. I found another similar one used during the late 1700's, but there is not enough of a difference for me to say it is that old. There is a chip on the underside of one saucer, and some hairline cracks or crazing on the back of the second one, as shown in the photos. I have no space to keep all of her beautiful things, and no one else in the family has asked for them. Please use the zoom feature on the photos to look them over.Free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes insurance, within the United States.Thank you for considering this listing.
