Description: Set of 2 HTF Antique Laughlin Hudson 9" Deep Plates / Flat Rim Soups White w/ Gold Stamps and Gold Line H-94 Decal Two hard to find Antique Homer Laughlin 9" Deep Plates / Rim Soups / Flat Soups from the Hudson line which was introduced in 1908. The pieces feature a white ceramic piece with a clear glaze with gold stamps and lines for the decal. The Hudson line was a copy of a French Haviland line and was first offered by HLC in 1908. Hudson had a production run of over 20 years, the first HLC line to do so. Hudson is often found in a white body with floral decals, gold stamps (like this piece), or both. The line is made up of scalloped and embossed shapes. Marking: On bottom of piece is: Homer Laughlin and Hudson. Use this as a collectible décor piece or to add to your antique white-wear / gold stamp dishes / Homer Laughlin collection - we have lots of collectible pieces in the store!! No chips or cracks with little to no under the glaze crazing. Decal is beautiful with little wear on the gold lines or decal. Pieces may have small factory production imperfections such as sand bumps, glaze skips, glaze pops, etc, all normal for Homer Laughlin factory pottery making. Little to no issues on these pieces.
