Description: Listed are two (2) Beautiful Antique Victorian Lace Vintage Everyday dresses or also known as "Lawn" dresses. I thought they could have been wedding dresses. I believe they might be from either the late 1880s or up to the early 1900s. Dresses are Size X-Small and Small. Both are so pretty with intricate lace design and beautiful trim. The smaller dress, and a slightly shorter length, is very lightweight and airy with a beautiful detached matching belt. The sleeves are elbow length. The back of the dress is fastened with the original very tiny buttons and hook and eye fasteners. Only one button, the top button, is missing. The slightly larger and longer dress has a beautiful high neckline and beautiful long sleeves. It is in a much heavier cotton. The back is fastened with hook and eye fasteners, which go almost the whole length of the dress. Unfortunately, both of the dresses have some damage, such as tears, small spots and/or discoloration as shown in the photos. The tears could easily be mended, but not sure if that discoloration would be able to come out with very careful hand washing. They are very fragile due to their age, but they are both so pretty.
