Description: We are big fans of anything Staffordshire here at Ruth Hanna’s, so needless to say, we were thrilled when we found this pottery piece in the wild. Based on our research, this piece is 19th century Staffordshire. It depicts Queen Victoria holding a newborn baby, and was designed to be a pastille burner to celebrate the birth. A vent hole was not put at the top so do not attempt to use as a burner! Overall great condition. There are two spots with minor chipping in the spaghetti pottery (pointed out in photos), and there is some crazing throughout. Approximate measurements: - 7.00 inches high - 3.25 inch diameter at base This sale comes with no other guarantees than what is stated in the ad and what appears in the photos. :) This item is cross-posted. In the event you purchase the item and it is no longer available, you will be immediately notified and fully refunded. Thanks for understanding. Check out all our funky stuff we are selling.
