They do have minor overspray from the previous owner's paint job. Metal mounting brackets are included. The upper plastic mounting tab on the RH / Right headlight is broken off. I believe all other mounting points are there. I've included several pictures for reference. Please review them prior to completing your purchase. Perfect set to restore or customize. There are aftermarket lens options available in case you wanted to replace the lens altogether.
