It has a bit of playwear, but with low action and a fresh set - the playability for this 25+ year old guitar is outstanding. She is buttoned up tight and has no repairs or cracks. Action is set to factory specs -3/32nds at the 12th and the neck angle is good. Serial number is 620200 which dates to 1997- the original owner registered her with Martin in January of 1998. She has a fresh set up with Martin 12's and is a great sounding guitar. The frets are in excellent condition and she plays beautifully. Other than that, this little powerhouse is ready to go! She's has a recent set up and plays clean up and down the neck. It's a really fun guitar to have laying around the house.
