1992 VALIANT SOLAR MAN OF THE ATOM # 16 SIGNED JIM SHOOTER, WITH MY COA & POA

Description: Valiant Comics, Solar Man Of The Atom # 16 Comic Book (1st Printing) from 1992. COMIC HAND SIGNED BY MARVEL & VALIANT EDITOR-IN-CHIEF JIM SHOOTER! (see my other auctions for more signed comics & cards). Comic was hand signed by writer Jim Shooter at the annual Connecticut Comic-Con at the Mohegan Sun resort 2015. It comes with both my POA (Proof Of Authenticity) & my COA (Certificate Of Authenticity). Comes with both my COA & POA! Comic is in a VF/NM or better condition. Displays beautifully. Jim Shooter is the creator of many in the Valiant Universe! To eliminate some concerns as to the authenticity of an autographed item, I include in most cases, what I call a POA (Proof Of Authenticity), which usually is a copy of the flyer addressed to me, or my proof of admission to the convention and the page listing the artist as a scheduled guest. While I provide certificates for some items, my experience at early conventions is that, the table selling certificates is far removed from most of the artists. As a result, the signing isn't witnessed by the seller of the certificate, so how can this be guaranteed authentic? Another source of certificates are those printed up by the seller who guarantees authenticity!!! Just a thought not to get hung up on certificates. I have been selling signed items on ebay since December 4, 1998. I haven't had any problems with authenticity in all that time! I personally guarantee that the signature is authentic, and was signed by the creator, witnessed by me. If you prefer a certificate I also provide those upon request. I always pack carefully and securely, in a padded mailer, new bag and board, sandwiched between heavy cardboard for protection.
