Description: Edmund Scientific XSB01-08 biological microscope. In very good used condition. Includes owner's guide, colored filters (yellow, green & blue) lens paper, inspection certificate. Has an illuminated base with iris diaphragm. The eyepiece lens is 10X and swivels. The revolving eyepiece head is a little lose, but quite workable. There are three objective lenses: 4X, 10X and 40X. There are knobs for coarse and fine focusing. From the owner's manual: "XSB01-08 Biological Microscope is designed for teaching and demonstration in school." Comes in original shipping box with original foam liner molded to fit the microscope.
