Description: Selling a few items from our personal Vintage MN Hockey collection for others to enjoy, that have been hanging on a hanger for years, and not worn. Up for auction here is a potentially rather rare 1984 USA Olympic hockey game used stick used by Pat LaFontaine. Stick has no COA, but carries provenance as we've had this stick for several years now that was purchased as apart of a 'lot' of sticks from former USA Chaiman & President Walter Bush Jr. Estate sale that was carried out on website EBTH.com (everything but the house) that is still searchable under closed auctions. We are by no way a Pat LaFontaine expert, nor a KOHO stick expert, but stick is stamped appropriately with P. LaFontaine on shaft, and has penciled in PLA-6 ( not sure what this indicates) as Pat wore #16 in 1984 Olympic games held February 7-19, 1984 in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia. The stick additionally is stamped with date: Jan. 6, 1984 likely when stick was produced perhaps prior to February game departure? This stick could be worth $1000, or it could be worth $100 - we aren't sure. Listed as a Buy It Now & wide ranging best offer. Hopefully, either an Olympic collector or Patty LaFontaine fan can appreciate this stick of 2003 NHL Hall of Fame inductee, & this finds a new home from his early playing days in USA red, white & blue! (See our others listing's for other RARE Minnesota Gophers, & North Stars jerseys being listed soon)! Feel free to ask any questions - See you at the rink Vintage MN Hockey
