Description: 1983 P "RD" POSSIBLE DDR LINCOLN CENT STILL IN ORIGINAL SOUVENIR SET (Cello) Click images to enlarge Description Up for sale today is one RARE (1) P "RD" 1983 BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED LINCOLN CENT. This could also possibly be a DDR. Take a look at the pictures of the back and you can decide for yourself. This cent is still in the Original Government Packaging (OGP) (i.e. mint cello/plastic). I personally removed this coin from the United States Souvenir Set (since the Mint didn't make mint sets that year) but left them in their original packaging (cello) to take pictures of it and the other coins from the set.
