Description: 1982 Effanbee Vintage DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES doll Limited Edition 18” Jointed. This is the most spectacular gown we have ever seen on a doll. This limited edition character doll is in near mint condition having been in her box for decades and not played with. This doll is clean, complete, and undamaged or missing parts. Her facial makeup & hair are flawless. The gown is exactly as you remember from the historical photos of Diana’s wedding to Prince Charles. The detail, construction & “feel” of this garment is truly amazing. From her Pearl crown and necklace to her white thigh-hi nylons to her satin shoes, the entire ensemble is extremely beautiful. If you are a Diana fan, this is a must-have action/fashion character doll. Diane will be shipped in the bottom half of her box (top missing) which is large & will require a bit more postage. Also, the Pearl crown on her veil is detached (see photo) but can be easily stitched or glued back onto the gold felt headband. This doll was stored for decades in a smoke free environment.
