We have created this specific vintage tank decal graphic set for our 1980 Yamaha 250 restoration because we didn't like the poor quality options available on-line elsewhere... We are making these decals available to you and your projects. This listed price is for a left and right set for only one tank. These come as black and white decals to lay on the tank surface. These will fit on many tanks, but are designed after the 1980 YZ 125 250 400 & 465 Yamaha's. ***All orders will be sent out with an install squeegee and step by step install instructions. Please read: These are installed as two steps each side of tank: two separate layers of decal each side, one base layer of white and one top layer of black. Pretty easy, we provide you install instructions and a squeegee. Please read: These vinyl decals will bubble over time when installed on plastic tanks that have not been internally coated. It is because of the fumes leaking out the plastic of the tank. Please read: Why do we send these to you as two layers? Because as you install, the squeegee is used to push air and water from underneath the decal. IF we sent you the black layer applied to the white layer, then the squeegee would only apply pressure to the top layer, the black checker block decal that is sitting on top of the white base layer, and THIS causes bubbles trapped on the white layer between the black speed blocks... because the squeegee cannot reach the white layer to apply best pressure. WE do it this way because it works best for OUR RACE BIKES. We don't like anything else out there available! Even the ugly decals with air holes punched through the entire graphic...
