The 1979 Proof Set saw the debut of the new design and size for the one dollar coin. The Susan B. Anthony Dollar was sized slightly larger than the quarter. the obverse of the coin featured the woman’s suffrage figure’s portrait and the reverse carried over the prior design from the Eisenhower Dollar on a smaller canvas. You will find your set attractively placed in its original fitted acrylic holder accompanied by the original 1979 box.
