MS70 is a tough Grade on its own and the designation of DPL is a Rare designation by itself. Sometimes the dies will line up just right where a DPL will be minted. Sometimes it may Mint twenty or even more. Most the time a hand full of 5 or 6 may be found of a coin. When the Price Guide value actually comes out it will show the value of the grade and then there will be the value of another tier of DPL. Like a Morgan Dollar would have.
