Description: This 50 year old set was compiled by selecting the best cards from two 1974 Topps baseball sets then further upgraded to create this 1974 Topps Baseball Super Set of 728 Cards. Included are the complete base set of 660 cards complete traded set of (44) cards of which both generally are in mid to high end condition mostly high end via the upgrading with emphasis on minimal to light corner wear, overall nice surface front and back no creases, wrinkles, ink marks or paper loss. Plus included in the offering is the complete set of 24 unnumbered team red checklists which are generally in excellent condition, the red checklists have some very light edge and corner wear but have sharp bright colors on both front and back surfaces no creases, wrinkles, or ink marks. Please note the set does include some off centering typical of the 74’s. The pictures are representation of the condition of the overall set, pictures are provided for the most significant HOF’s and major stars and some of the “commons” to show the consistency. A sample picture of the traded set is included and all 24 of the Team Red Checklists are provided.
