Both Porsche and Audis were distributed and sold through to the same dealerships. Some dealerships lost their agreements; those that survived had Audi added to their line of cars. 1970 was the return of Audi to the US market. The public knew little, so Porsche / Audi printed this brochure with focus on what (positive changes) this would mean to the Porsche buyer, owner, and enthusiast. The brochure answers questions such as: What happened to the dealer I used to go to? What happened to the long wait to get a Porsche in first place? Whatever happened to the great mechanic who used to tune my Porsche by ear? Whatever happened to Porsche on the American Racing scene? It focuses on the improved operation of getting Porsche cars to dealerships faster, including their parts and more efficient service, plus their continued focus on racing successes. The front cover has a flap with an introduction by John Cook, the new vice-president of Porsche / Audi division. Dimensions: Approx. 9” by 8”, 8 pages incl. covers Condition: Covers are a bit scratched, there is wear and creases from handling, vertical crease from inside flap on the front cover Please see my other Porsche brochures.
