Description: 1968 Chevy Chevelle aftermarket Hurst Competition Plus Muncie 4 speed shifter assembly removed from a Muncie 4 speed transmission - Nice condition mechanism with linkage including rods and levers as shown – fresh bushings and clips installed in the linkage – reconditioned mechanism that was disassembled, inspected for damage, worn parts replaced, greased and fully re-assembled - Mechanism moves freely and shifts fine and is in very nice condition – Mounting bracket is part number 1957773 that mounts on newer and older style Muncie transmissions – levers fit 1969 and newer Muncie 4 speeds – fits console and non-console cars - Unit has a housing number of 2083 (original USA made stamped housing) - Includes pictured used handle part number 8009 – handle is in nice shape with no corrosion or hard scratches – only some typical minor scuffs with great shine – still displays at a 9 out of 10 luster as shown – includes new black knob as shown (can exchange for a white one per request) – as always, may need final alignment when installed on your transmission – includes mounting hardware - DOES NOT include pictured display transmission
