The included frame boxing plates bolt to existing frame holes on your C10, so there is no grinding/slotting/drilling involved in installing them. The boxing plates can be inverted to provide a 1/2-inch in mounting height offset to get the perfect driveline angle. Slots in the boxing plates also allow for front-to-rear adjustment of the 67-72 C10 transmission crossmember as well to line up with your transmission’s tailshaft mounting pad/trans mount. This provides a bolt-in mounting solution for nearly any transmission application you can think of. Premium 3/8-24 mounting hardware is included to install the crossmember with locknuts and washers to ensure your final mounting location stays where you put it.
