1967 1968 MUSTANG SHELBY DOOR VENT WINDOW ADJUSTER RUBBER PLUG X2 352216-S

Description: This auction is for a pair (two) of door rubber button plugs that will fit all 67 68 Mustang Shelby body styles. May fit Cougar as well. Part number 352216-S. This plug is shown on page 38 (item 14) in the Osborn 1967 Mustang body assembly manual. These have not been reproduced and do not come up on eBay at all. These plugs install into the lower vent window adjuster access hole. Some places will sell you the incorrect plug that is not deep enough. These are used and over 50 years old and have hardened a bit so it is suggested to soak in hot water for easier installation. These were then covered by a gaffers style tape once installed. Very hard to find. Perfect for your restoration project or if yours are missing or damaged. Please check photos for your particular application.
