Description: 1963 Greece 30 (Thirty) Drachma 0.835 Silver Coin 5 Kings aUnc. In Capsule. Wow. What a neat coin. I like it when precious metal gets combined with attractive artwork. That's what makes coin collecting so cool! In 1963 Greece issued a crown of 30 Drachma to honour their past kings. It portrays five and was issued under King Paul I. It is 34mm and struck in 835 fine silver. The reverse has a map of Greece. Not a rare coin but when you want one they are sure difficult to get. They are in uncirculated condition and next year they will be 60 years old. 30 Drachmai - Paul I Royal Dynasty 30 Drachmai - Paul I (Royal Dynasty) - obverse30 Drachmai - Paul I (Royal Dynasty) - reverse Features IssuerGreece KingPaul (1947-1964) TypeNon-circulating coin Year1963 Value30 Drachmai (30 GRD) CurrencyThird modern drachma (1954-2001) CompositionSilver (.835) Weight18 g Diameter34 mm Thickness2.48 mm ShapeRound TechniqueMilled OrientationMedal alignment ↑↑ DemonetizedYes Commemorative issue 100th Anniversary of the Five Greek Kings Obverse Commemorating the centennial of the reign of the House of Glücksburg.
