It comes in original box, flaps on one end are missing. Box otherwise overall good shape. The Light works perfectly and all parts are present. Minor wear from age, one of the small light stems has a missing prong which made a little loose, probably did not need to but I used a small amount of epoxy on inside to secure better. Battery Compartment, perfectly clean. Takes Two D Batteries, not included. Works as it should, (SEE VIDEO)when top switch is flipped, middle light goes on, when small switch is flipped one way of the other, turns on either side light.
