Description: 1960s Sapphire & Diamond Ring Size 6- Was my Great-Grandmother’s ring so I don’t really know a whole lot about it. I’ve have it looked at and the ring has been resized some time in the past to about a size 6, it’s a little larger than 6 but definitely not a size 7. The gold carat mark was shaved down when they resized the ring the jeweler said the ring is either 18k or 24k gold.
