Description: Rare, 1959 regular season program between the Green Bay Packers and the current and future NFL Champions, Baltimore Colts. This was just the 5th game that Head Coach Vince Lombardi was on the sidelines leading the Packers. The game was played at the now extinct Baltimore Memorial Stadium. The Colts won the game 38-21. Many years ago I mailed a fan letter, this program, a check for his signing fee and a sase to Mr. Moore.
