A true California car, the T-Bird listed here was originally purchased in Fall 1956 from Hollywood Ford. It stayed in the family for many years (being completely restored in 1992) until it sold in 2002. With that new owner, the car was a centerpiece display multiple times for the San Diego Auto Museum.On the exterior, you’ll find a near-perfect red paint job, a laser-straight body, and nice brightwork on the chrome. The chrome on the front grill needs polishing, but otherwise the outside of the car looks close to when it left the dealership nearly 70 years ago. It also comes equipped with the white soft top and tonneau cover. Meanwhile, the inside is just as elegant, possessing a beige-white upholstery, a beautiful chrome instrument panel, the original town and country radio, and other original luxury parts. The drive itself is also luxurious as the T-bird comes with power steering, power windows, power seats, and power brakes.Powering that drive is the 4-bbl 312 engine that starts great and has no operational problems.
