Description: Here is a motor base pivot that came off of a 1957 Atlas Press Co. saw, model 3021. Reference pic.17 for saw i.d. model number. The mount is in fair structural condition. It does show some years of use and normal wear. The steel base plate and bracket suffered a break and shows a small crack (pic. 10), but was back welded. The bracket sides were re-welded too, and remain strong and pivots well. The base mount shows some paint loss, staining, and small scratches, common to years of use. This mount is still pretty heavy duty and is strong to support the weight of those 1/2 hp motors. The dampening spring works as it should. This is still a very usable motor mount for that vintage Atlas 8" saw. This is a difficult to find, rare, OEM part. Especially, an assembly that is in usable shape anymore. Includes four trunnion mounting fasteners as well. You are getting everything you see in the pictures. Look for other Atlas table saw parts in my other auctions. Please look at the pictures.
