Engine develops 1 1/2 horsepower. Sun is collected in flat troughs at top, where sulphur dioxide gas is heated. It runs a compressor below, which can be attached to a pump. Gas is then cooled and recirculated. Sun is the only fuel. Thirty have been manufactured so far, mostly for use in Africa. Photo measures 10 x 8.25 inches. Photo Is dated 1955.
