Description: This card is in EX+/EXMT condition. Color and surface are pack fresh. Absolutely no wrinkles, or creases. It comes from a complete 1953 Topps set that is one of the cleanest overall sets I have ever handled. This card was submitted by the owner of the set and PSA deemed it too small to grade. The grading fees were not charged. It does appear to measure small top to bottom by 1/32 of an inch but the card is not trimmed. See one of the pictures with that measurement. Right to left the card is slightly oversized. CGC, Beckett or SGC would grade this card but due to their lack of qualifiers and centering criteria the grade would be limited to a 1.5.
