The center of the plate features a landscape and windmill picture. The plates edge is decorated with a scrolled pattern. All designs are painted in gold. There is no backstamp on this plate, but there are three small, raised bumps in a triangular pattern. Taylor Smith and Taylor was founded at the turn of the 20th century, with its first product released in 1901. The company was purchased by Anchor Hocking in 1973.
