Description: Here is an exceedingly unique and scarce crossover collectible, a Morman's feeds and World Series 1949 souvenir mini bat, marked Louisville slugger 125 Hillerich and Bradsby company, trademark, Louisville kentucky, and engraved toward the fat part of the bat, Mormans 1949 world series. This is the only one of these I have ever seen, but it is time to let it go. I understand that Morman's Feeds, the iconic hog feed company, reserved a section of the stadium for the World Series in 1949 and gave this bat to the people that were invited to attend. The bat measures right about 16 inches long, it does reflect a good bit of age, and as the photos reflect, there is a small chip out of the edge of the knob of the bat, and there is some drying end slight separation of the layers toward the fat part. But this exceedingly unique and very rare Louisville slugger 125 Hillerich and Bradsby Company Louisville kentucky, Mormans World Series 1949 souvenir bat, will make a terrific addition to any vintage World Series or Major League baseball souvenir minibat collection, or Mormons feeds 1940s era crossover feed collectible or advertising related sports memorabilia collection.
