Up for sale is a very nice 1944 Yearbook from East High School of Buffalo, New York called THE EASTONIAN. This yearbook features photos of the students, faculty, and group photos of its organizations, Varsity Football, Baseball teams, the Band, and many photos of the other sports teams and other special groups. There is also a 14-page section of advertising of Buffalo businesses in 1944! Also, this yearbook was published during WWII. There are many wartime features (see photo) including a student pictured in his Navy uniform and the caption states he was out on the high seas. Many students signed their autograph on a blank page at the beginning of the yearbook. Maybe your Grandparents, Father, Mother or another relative are pictured in this yearbook! This yearbook originally belonged to freshmen Florence Bukowska. This yearbook was an estate sale find. It was safely tucked away and forgotten about until I acquired it. CONDITION: This yearbook is complete and intact, in very good-plus condition. The covers are in excellent condition, very nice. The inside covers and endpapers are blank. The pages are in very good-plus to excellent condition. The pages are crisp. There is some signatures written next to some photos. The spine is in very good-plus condition.
